About firebit

AI should feel like a helpful colleague, not a pop quiz.

firebit exists to give people back the hours, confidence, and calm that the AI hype cycle keeps stealing.

Our story

Most AI help comes in two flavors: the sales pitch that ends with a quarterly retainer, or the YouTube rabbit hole that ends with a headache.

We wanted a third option. One where you could ask a "beginner" question without feeling like one. One where the person on the other end cared whether the thing actually worked in your business, not just whether it was the latest trend.

So we built firebit. A small practice with a simple promise: we explain things in plain English, we build what actually helps, and we only recommend what we'd recommend to a friend.

What we believe

Five principles we don't negotiate on.

AI should serve the human.

If a tool makes your day harder, it's the wrong tool, no matter how "powerful" it is.

Small steps beat giant overhauls.

We'd rather help you save 30 minutes a day this week than sell you a three-month project with big promises.

No one should feel stupid about AI.

If an explanation isn't landing, that's on the explainer. We'll try again.

Security isn't optional.

Every agent and workflow we deploy is built with your data, access, and privacy in mind, from day one.

AI is a tool, not a religion.

We'll use it where it helps and skip it where it doesn't. Your workflow, your call.

Who we help

People who wear a lot of hats.

We work best with people running the show and doing the work at the same time.

  • 01 Solopreneurs and small-business owners
  • 02 Independent consultants, coaches, therapists
  • 03 Creative professionals (writers, designers, studio owners)
  • 04 Small teams without a dedicated tech person
  • 05 Professionals adopting AI for the first time

If you've ever thought "there has to be a simpler way," you're exactly who we built firebit for.
